Why is it important?

All organizations face complex, 'wicked' problems to which there is no single 'right' answer. Scenario methods enable you to explore all options, and to understand what impact different choices might have, both for the organization and for society, economy and the environment.

Perspectives

In February 2016, 300 senior decision makers laughed at a scenario based on President Trump and the UK voting to leave the EU. I was not predicting the future (there was a President Clinton and EU remains scenario), but it appears I was the only one thinking about every possibility for the future.
