What is it about?
In this paper we analyse different open-source tools for creating m-learning apps that do not require prior knowledge of programming so that these apps can be made by any teacher. After the evaluation of different tools we conclude that the best choice for this purpose is App Inventor.

This article is important for teachers that want to develop their own m-learning apps but they are not computer engineers, we provide them with an analysis of different tools that do not require prior knowledge of programming. After this analysis, we recommend for these teachers the use of App Inventor.
