What is it about?

This study examines how the leadership styles of men and women differ in these two countries and how those differences affect company success. Key areas covered in the research include 'Leadership Style Comparison', which looks at transformational leadership (inspiring and motivating teams) versus transactional leadership (focused on rewards and routine). 'Organisational Impact' measures how these styles affect job satisfaction, employee commitment, and overall company performance. 'Cultural Context' explores how the unique cultural backgrounds of the UAE and Pakistan shape these leadership approaches and their effectiveness. 'Gender Trends' show that female leaders in these regions tend to favour transformational styles—prioritising teamwork and emotional connection—while male leaders may focus more on rules and performance-based rewards.
