Newtonian Space-Time is insufficient to solve any physics problem without empirical curve-fitting dissipation evolution functions/ potentials. The unified mechanics theory coordinate system eliminates the need for empirical dissipation °radation evolution functions. This book mathematically proves that Boltzmann's second law formulation is valid for liquids, and solids., as Boltzmann himself said in his book, Theory of Gasses.
