Why is it important?

The pre-service TESOL teachers construct their intercultural identity through working collaboratively with their mentors and students, value online work-integrated learning experiences, demonstrate intercultural empathy, and develop their verbal and nonverbal communication skills.

Perspectives

The research findings enable me to reflect on the achievements students studying the TESOL Internship subject and TESOL programs have made. I have also gained insight into their further learning needs.
