What is it about?
SCADA networks control critical government functions and services worldwide. These systems, crucial for infrastructure, are potential targets for cyberattacks and thus need constant safeguarding. This study introduces a new method using a combination of Apache Spark and Apache Kafka to monitor these networks in real-time and detect any unusual activities or attacks. By combining traditional machine learning with advanced deep learning techniques, we've developed a mechanism that can identify potential threats faster and more accurately.

Why is it important?
SCADA networks form the backbone of essential government functions and infrastructure services. Due to their critical nature, they're prime targets for cyberattacks, demanding robust protective measures. Our system, using Apache tools, provides enhanced real-time monitoring, ensuring better safety against these threats.
Perspectives
Incorporating Apache Spark and Kafka into SCADA networks offers a leap in cybersecurity defenses. As cyber threats evolve, leveraging such advanced tools will be pivotal in ensuring infrastructure remains uncompromised.
