What is it about?

The study deals with the typology of the relational attitude of those involved in the outsourcing of information technologies, dividing these attitudes into four axes: conservative, collaborative, opportunistic and transformational. This is a relevant study for both researchers and company managers who want to understand the behavior of the parties involved in outsourcing services (in the case of the paper, with a focus on IT).

Why is it important?

The methodology described in the work can be applied in new studies to classify the attitude of the parties involved in outsourcing, being quite objective, in addition to the study describing each of the axes related to the type of relational attitude.

Perspectives

New studies may be developed based on the proposed methodology, starting with an analysis of the profile referring to the contracted companies, since this study focused only on the contracting companies.
