What is it about?

Development studies in the Spanish language have a long tradition in the discourse and practice of development. They have provided valuable contributions on the problem and treatment of development from a critical and constructive perspective at regional and global levels. This includes approaches related to the ECLAC's school of thought, from which other social perspectives could benefit, such as structuralism, dependency, neo-structuralism, and post-developmentalism.
