Tree regeneration in forest-grassland ecotone

What is it about?

This study is about the encroachment of grasslands by Berberis shrub and Rhododendron trees. This study compares tree regeneration and species richness across the forest-grassland ecotones in mountain of Nepal.

Why is it important?

This study helps to understand the changes in grasslands following the cessation or decline in traditional land use intensity in marginal and remote mountain areas.
