What is it about?
Over the course of 6+ months, clinicians took part in a training program that was designed to improve supervisory skills. This article explains the program and the lessons learned. This program was challenging in that instructors were located throughout the country. There were some technology issues as the platforms were not familiar to all users.

Perspectives
Too often our trainees are paired with a clinical supervisor who know little about the supervision process. This can lead to difficult experiences and poor training.
