Time-resolved radiative recombination in black silicon quantum structures.

What is it about?

Black silicon is an important surface structure formed on silicon. We have shown for the first time that quantum size structures exhibit exciting time-resolved optical properties. With this work, a systematic studies revealed a detailed excitation dynamics of photoluminescence.
