What is it about?

Contextual therapy focusses on restoring and enhancing relationships. It is based on strengthening humanity. This article presents the first study on the application of this paradigm into concrete interventions of 12 current contextual therapists. The findings reveal a consistent working-method and several recognizable contextual elements.

In order to further develop contextual therapy and adapt it to the times we live in now, it is important to listen to how contextual therapists apply contextual therapy today.

Perspectives

Every therapist gains insights and discovers helpful elements and methods. It is important that we as peers make use of each other's expertise. This article aims to use that expertise of individual therapists to refine and enrich contextual therapy.
