What is it about?

Why is it important?

In this paper, we presented two interesting real stories. The first story was about Steve Jobs who fired a person in management at Apple. The second story at the end of the paper discussed the sad consequences of firing one employee, David Burke, a 35-year-old US Air ticket agent, who was caught for stealing $69.

Perspectives

Moral leaders must understand employees’ personal background, stand in their shoes, exercise negotiation skills, practice the Golden Rule, be slow to anger, rich in kindness, and not only ‘‘love your neighbor,’’ but also ‘‘love your enemies.’’
