Why is it important?

Valid and reliable measurement of transformational leadership is important for getting information on how successful is the leadership behavior within a continuous improvement process.


Writing this article was interesting because we had the opportunity to apply a new mathematical model to analyze transformational leadership style as the highly effective management style in uncertain environments, because it is related to individual criteria and performance organizations, both objective and subjective. The new situation of uncertainty we are facing cannot be dealt with through the application of conventional models, since we are in complete uncertainty. To be able to offer adequate advice the application of techniques and models based on fuzzy mathematics, puts a variety of tools at our fingertips. In this paper, we have chosen to search for the maximum similarity subrelations in order to compare them and consider which of these methods of measurement is most appropriate.
