Why is it important?

Though Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management systems have been considered to be vital for SME's to effectively manage their business operations, the adoption of these systems is not as high as expected due to some problems such as security, accessing information and information governance concerns. But client organisation users' concerns are more than those. We investigate their behaviour towards the adoption of a cloud-based CRM.

Perspectives

I hope this research will help provide more insights about client user behaviour toward the adoption a cloud-based CRM.
