What is it about?
The effect of ascogen supplement in a dose of (5 g kg-1 feed) on the humoral and cell-mediate immune response after immunization of tilapia by intramuscular injection (IM) and direct immersion (DI) with formalin killed Aeromonas hydrophilic vaccine (FKAHV) were studied.

Why is it important?
Our finding show that ascogen as a probiotic's can be used as a biogenegic performance enhancer feed additives ,increasing the cellular and humoral immune response to FKAHV vaccine.
Perspectives
Iam very interested with the natural products as probiotics and prebiotics, their great immune-stimulant protective effects .
