Why is it important?

Many dermatology articles discuss how dermatology conditions are diagnosed and treated. While this approach is valuable, if we are concerned about successful outcomes, there are actually many other important aspects that must be addressed. This article does not discuss test results or medication doses, but rather the most common seven mistakes made in handling such cases, and a better way of reaching successful resolution.

Perspectives

Dermatology cases tend to be frustrating for both veterinarians and pet owners. Even when a diagnosis is made correctly and a proper medication selected, successful outcomes are not assured. This article helps improve the process by addressing why things often go wrong even when everything is technically done right.
