What is it about?
Inpatient management of monoamniotic twin pregnancies with NST 2-3 times daily starting from around 26 weeks of gestations is associated with less fetal death compared to outpatient management. In uncomplicated monoamniotic twins after 31 6/7 weeks there were no intrauterine fetal deaths or neonatal deaths even up to 36 6/7 weeks.
