What is it about?

Retroesophageal or retrotracheal left brachiocephalic vein (LBCV) is a very rare anomaly of the LBCV; other more common anomalous courses of the LBCV include the double LBCV, subaortic, and retroaortic courses. Herein, we report a case of fetal retroesophageal LBCV, with a right aortic arch and left-side ductal arteriosus, observed on three/four dimensional (3D/4D) color Doppler with HDlive mode.
