What is it about?

This work shows that women who develop pre-eclampsia with fetal growth restriction have a reduced cardiac output from early in pregnancy in comparison to those who developed pre-eclampsia but without fetal growth restriction. There was no significant difference in cardiac output between women who developed pre-eclampsia without fetal growth restriction and those who had normal pregnancies.
