What is it about?
Prediction of severe preeclampsia or HELLP syndrome in the third trimester has potential clinical implications. We show that a combination of the biomarkers C-terminal pro -endothelin 1, sFlt-1 and systolic Blood pressure with high accuracy predict the development of severe preeclamspsia or HELLP syndrome within one or within two weeks.
