What is it about?
This post-hoc analysis of the TRUFFLE study strengthens the conclusions that management based on DV-monitoring in conjunction with CTG improves perinatal outcome. Based on the findings in this analysis the best indication for delivery appears to be an abnormal DV or a very low STV and / or recurrent decelerations.
