Monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy with selective fetal growth restriction Type II: sonographic and fetoscopic findings of poor prognosis

What is it about?

There are a number of well-established ultrasound findings in selective Fetal Growth Restriction which are associated with a poor prognosis in monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancies and in this case report we describe a novel fetoscopic sign reflecting poor fetal condition in the growth restricted twin.
