Why is it important?
Fish abnormalities in general are important as they considered an indication of the status of the health of the environment that the fish living in.
Perspectives
This paper is the first of its kind on the fishes of Libya. More similar publications are needed to show the present status of the health of the environment and how pollution affecting aquatic life.
