What is it about?

The generated PLV which actually is an EVL module can be used by a designer to validate the design model's conformance to the applied pattern language.

Why is it important?

This paper presents a process to switch from the grammar-ware space to model-ware in order to utilize the model-management features of the Epsilon languages including EOL, EGL, and EVL.

Perspectives

I think using PLVGen and its generated PLVs can help novices on pattern-based modeling, through interactive usage of PLVs in practice, to easily understand patterns, their inherent interrelationships, and their consequences on each other contexts (which are dictated by the underlying pattern languages).
