What is it about?

Reflexology is the method of helping the body to activate its healing power by itself by releasing the energy blocked in certain parts of the body through special massage movements applied on feet. It is used to relive the symptoms of chronic diseases. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is defined as a disease that is characterized acute attacks of cough, sputum production and dyspnea and causes nonreversible airway obstruction and a decrease in airflow. It was determined that the reflexology reduced dyspnea and fatigue in patients with COPD .
