New minimum set of sigma points to be used in Unscented filtering algorithms, such as the Unscented Kalman Filters.

Why is it important?
The proposed set of sigma points is more general than the only other consistant one of the literature. Examples are provided ilustrating how to take advantage of this generality. In simulations, this new set shows to behave very well, even in comparison to the classical sets composed by 2n+1 sigma points.
