Why is it important?

Identifying the factors taking part in teachers' change in classroom management is important because the way teachers manage their classroom impact students greatly. Student engagement and development can be optimized through the methods of their teachers.

Perspectives

This article was part of my PhD thesis about the factors taking part in the evolution of teachers' beliefs and practices related to classroom management. It was very interesting to write. It's also my first research article I wrote as a single author. I hope people find it interesting and useful for your own research.
