What is it about?
In this manuscript we have curated a database of protein-RNA complexes and their unbound structures from the Protein Data Bank. This would provide a benchmark to analyze how the binding partners undergoes structural changes upon binding with each other

Why is it important?
This benchmark is important to understand how the conformational flexibility govern the protein-RNA association. Moreover, it is useful to benchmark the docking algorithms.
Perspectives
This article would be a great resources to the computational biologists/Bioinformaticians, who try to develop protein-RNA docking algorithm. We will keep updating the benchmark and a second version is also currently available which is published in proteins, 2017;85:256-267.
