Why is it important?
Psychiatrists and neurologists write too much, often rambling and lacking in specific facts. A template prevents this from happening.
Perspectives
I have developed this template since publication; has significantly improved my communication and reduced the time I spend in documentation (so no dictation, letter ready as soon as I see the patient, e mailed to referrer immediately)
