What is it about?

This article identified the gap between leadership and Alexithymia and crossed a few bridges from the literature of emotional intelligence. We draw associations between Alexithymia and leadership effectiveness by using what is known about the associations between leadership effectiveness and emotional intelligence.

Alexithemia is becoming more prevalent in today's workplace. Identifying and knowing how to manage/training people who exhibit Alexithemia traits will be needed more in the future.
