Perspectives
How can effectively learning or performance support be developed without recognizing the cues to which person has to attend when performing? Learning and performance supports developed without attention to these elements run the risk of being isolated pieces rather than blending with the context in which these are to be used. This paper attempts to bridge the gap between the cues in a context and design decisions.
