What is it about?

Experimental investigation has been carried out on a waste named as Linz-Donawitz slag and it is filled with polypropylene to make composite. Various mechanical properties are explored and the process parameters are optimized using a novel metahuristic technique called teaching-learning based optimization approach.

An effective way to experimentally investigate the process parameters on the responses like tensile strength, flexural strength etc. is described. Optimization also performed using a novel TLBO approach.
