Magnetic and Microwave Absorption Properties of PVB/Fe3O4 and PVB/NiFe2O4 Composites

In this article, the electromagnetic and microwave absorbing properties of PVB/Fe3O4 and PVB/NiFe2O4 nanocomposites consisting of PVB as the matrix and Fe3O4 and NiFe2O4 nanoparticles as the fillers were investigated. Polyvinyl butyral (PVB) provide soft, flexible and easy to be clipped composite. However, NiFe2O4 and Fe3O4 are the most suitable nanoparticles due to low cost and good magnetic properties.
