What is it about?

In collaboration with Prof. Isabelle Huynen (UCL), we devised a simple setup to measure directly interactions between a sample in powder form and electromagnetic waves. This gives information about possible applications in metamaterials area.

Why is it important?

Very simple yet reliable method to measure directly on powders, including nanoparticles! It allows to avoid diluting the sample in paraffin or polymer matrix.

Perspectives
