What is it about?
Negative impedance converter (NIC) is a broadband matching technique in radio frequency (RF) based on the non-Foster theory. This technique in conjunction with the effect of negative impedance has been proven to achieve a wider impedance matching bandwidth than other techniques.

Why is it important?
Our findings show a new design of non-Foster circuit that only use one transistor to make negative impedance so it help to reduce the power consumption of non-Foster circuit.
