What is it about?
This papers is looking for a method for improving the actual technique used for calculate the temperature in zones of complex topography. Usually for calculate the temperature in zones of complex terrain the typical environmental lapse rate is used but the results obtained aren't satisfactory. In this paper a new method is shown highlighting the limitations for zones with strong inversion temperatures.
