Berberine is one of important herbal extracted ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine and can be used for Diabetes treatment, We got clues from this idea to focuse on the cancer metabolism signal, AMPK signal, to explore the effect of berberine on colorectal cancer prevention. We find the new directions for using herbals for metabolism disorders to prevent and to treat tumor or cancer relative diseases.
