The DNA alphabet is quite limited. We have shown a method to extract information from internal processes that configure survival capacity to a given cell.

This work proposes a novel way to look to genetic information.
Perspectives
This article has enabled us to characterize DNA sites of organisms that are not fully studied. It is expected that the discoveries found here will enlighten future studies among archaea.
