Why is it important?
Nowadays retaining talented and skillful employees especially in tourism organizations, because of their service-based nature, become so vital. hence, identifying and planning in a way of ignoring or better to say discarding negative factors which decrease job retention (Job Embeddedness) and finally increase employees intention to quit is so important.
Perspectives
in my opinion this article bring about a new perspective in organizational behavior literature and especially fill the gap of scarce researches in literature of Job Embeddedness in two ways. one, it consider a developing country with different organizational structure, manpower and culture. two, it also taking into account women as sample whom are neglected in tourist sector.
