A New Way to Link Changes in Sea Surface Temperature(SST) to that in Global Climate

Why is it important?
The tendency of global climate change is gauged by the anomaly of global land surface temperature in climatology by many scientists. Therefore, El nino and La Nina phenomena should be measured with an annual diagnostic quantity.However,at present, the El nino and La Nina phenomena are measured by a single of several indices (NiNO 1+2,NINO 3, NINO 3.4 ......); and El nino and La Nina phenomena are difined by "events" rather than by years, which have made confusion in academia. This paper put forward a new idea called "Ocean Stabilization Machine" to link changes in SST to Atmospheric Heat engine. Thus, this paper is very important in understanding the nature of global climate change.
