Isolating a pure population of cells from large animals tissues like pig, comes with limitations which is usually due to impurity cells such as fibroblasts. Here, we describe a method that circumvent the impurities and final cell population is over 90% endothelial cells. this pure population can then be used in tissue engineering applications.
