What is it about?
In Africa there are limited resources for agriculture, especially capital. Better combining inputs to produce output can improve production without increasing input levels.

This is very important because if better input combinations are achieved this reduces the limitations presented by capital deficiency in African agricultural production.
Perspectives
This article was important to me because I was training a young researcher to conduct research. I learned a lot about supervision and human capacity building.
