Why is it important?
This volume builds the bridge of knowledge between evaluation and facilitation for the benefit of both professions. There is very little published work on the methods and techniques used to evaluate facilitation. How facilitation approaches and techniques are applied and adapted in different evaluation situations and the skills and competencies needed to master them are also not well documented.
