What is it about?

This work is an extension of Part I in which it had been investigated the statistical impacts of the wiretap channel on the physical implication of the secrecy principle. We extend, indeed, Part I aimed at proposing new perspectives in relation to two special cases; namely, the low-SNR regime for the statically fading channels, additionally, for a general structure of the dynamically fast fading channels.
