An idea for organizing the users in clusters to make connections with Internet in a better way with lower latency and higher efficiency

Why is it important?
We exploited path tracing method which is an statistical approach and also genetic algorithm, for the first time, for clustering the users. This work proves that mesh networks have still a lot to be investigated by bringing the other fields to it.
Perspectives
This article was investigated in two countries where I worked under supervision of two of my supervisors. Using their experience and their knowledge, I have been able to have this work published. This paper has a novel idea and demonstrates there are still many approaches towards increasing the efficiency of network.
