What is it about?

The interface and buffer can increase the field effect as a result the low dielectric permittivity active materials of less polarization or carrier generation and separation hurdle can be avoided. This is the key focus of this review. By designing interface engineering materials one the charge transfer is increased it eventually can increase the current density and open circuit voltage development due to field generated by the interface buffers.
