Why is it important?

This work work discusses the triangular modulation, modified triangular modulation and the single phase shift modulation in detail. The circulating currents of the are analyzed theoretically. It proves that the hybrid modulation which employs the triangular modulation and the single phase shift modulation is better then the hybrid modulation which employs the modified triangular modulation and single phase shift modulation. How to achieve this hybrid modulation in real application is presented. The technique on the transitions between the triangular modulation and the single phase shift modulation is also discussed.
