What is it about?
This is the largest clinical report on Pleuropulmonary Blastoma (PPB). Shows the markedly better outcome of Type I/Ir PPB (cystic PPB) than the sarcoma Type II (cystic solid) and Type III (purely solid) PPB. Shws also the better outcome of Type II than Type III PPB. Finally, shows the critical importance of central review - since in 20% the diagnosis of suspected PPB was changed to non-PPB.
