What is it about?

this study focused on the exposure assessment designed to investigate the interdependency of various hazardous organic pollutants in the ambient air of four pad press departments in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Why is it important?

Large impact of IPA on all investigated organic pollutants suggests that the printing process should be performed without IPA. The obtained results can serve as indicator of hazardous organic pollutants interdependency in pad press indoor as like as in other printing techniques.

Perspectives

IPA-free printing will reduce the costs and risks of health, safety, and the environment. In addition, harmful emissions will be avoided and the ambient conditions in the pad press department will be improved.
